2. ELIMINATION  JOURNALISTS: 

Journalists have the right to carry out their work even during the war, but Israel killed more than 20 journalists at the beginning of the war. Killing Journalists. Israeli attacks in the first week of this war killed prominent journalists such as Barji Hajjiy, Assam bin Abdullahi, Samir Abu Dikka, these journalists are mostly from Palestine. 

3.ELEMINTION THE POLICE IN GAZA:

On Monday 16/10/2023, Israeli attack planes attacked the Police in Palestine, while the attack killed 10 of them who were natives of the town's of different countries. Attacking the police is a violation of the international laws of war. In the code of war presented in Geneva in 1949, it is stated that "it takes care of the city, nurses, doctors, elders, children and female, and if they became victims it's mandoratoty to be  taken to the hospital to receive emergency help". 

4. COERCE MIGRATION: On 13/10/2023, Israel ordered one million Palestinians to leave their settlement and migrated from Northern Gaza.

5. On 14/10/2023, the WHO issued a statement on the boycott of 22 hospitals by Palestinians as a corce  migration. That migration that heppened as a result of attack lunched by Isra'il jet to the Hospitals.

6. CLEARING THE FAMILY FROM EXISTING: On 9/10/2023 in the Mukeem area, Abu Kaudata's family was cleared from existing. In this way, the Shihab Family, Najjar, Ajrumiy, Ma'amadaniy Hospital, Kudais Church were destroyed and the Musa family was attacked. ICC lawsuits                                                                              .On 9 November, three Palestinian civil rights groups filed a lawsuit against Israel with the International Criminal Court.

The groups charged Israel with war crimes, apartheid, and genocide, calling for the ICC to issue arrest warrants for top Israeli officials.

2.On 10 November, President Gustavo Petro announced Colombia was cosponsoring an Algerian ICC suit charging Israel with war crimes.

3.On 14 November, Human Rights Watch called on the ICC to investigate Israeli attacks on hospitals and ambulances.

4.A group of lawyers representing victims of Israeli attacks filed a suit in the ICC, charging Israel with genocide.

5. South African foreign minister Naledi Pandor called on the ICC to speed up its investigation of Israeli war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, and stated warrants of arrest should be issued for Benjamin Netanyahu.

6.On 16 November, South African president Cyril Ramaphosa stated South Africa had referred Israel to the ICC for war crimes.

7.On 17 November, Karim Ahmad Khan stated the ICC had received a joint request by South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Comoros, and Djibouti to investigate alleged Israeli war crimes.

8.On 28 November, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated Israeli officials should stand trial in international courts for war crimes.

9. On 20 December, Democracy for the Arab World Now provided the ICC prosecutor with a list of 40 Israeli commanding officers to be charged with war crimes.

10.On 22 December, Reporters Without Borders filed an ICC complaint against Israel for "probable war crimes".

11.On 6 January, a group of 100 Chilean lawyers filed a complaint at the ICC accusing Netanyahu of committing war crimes.

12.On 18 January, the foreign ministries of Mexico and Chile referred Israel to the ICC for potential war crimes.                    FOREIGN MINISTERS:DESCRIBED ISRAELI ACTIONS IN GAZZA AS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

6.Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad termed Israeli actions as a genocide.

7.In a joint statement, the Foreign Ministers of nine Arab countries — the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt and Morocco — described Israeli actions as collective punishment.

8.Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, called for a war crimes investigation into Israeli action in Gaza.

9. Qatari foreign minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, stated Israel's Al-Shifa Hospital siege was a "war crime and a blatant violation of international laws".

10.Ayman Safadi, the Jordanian foreign minister, stated Israel's actions fit within the legal definition of genocide.
